Baykal Yapı Çelik Konstrüksiyon, Turizm, Tekstil, Denizcilik, Petrol Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi has been continuing its activities in the construction sector since 2004. The company has taken its deserved place in the sector with constant change and development due to the knowledge and experience of the founders of the company throughout long years, specialized technical team and qualified personnel. Since it was founded the company has been continuing its activities as an experienced company that gives quality service in the sector with its professional workforce and staff and sticks firmly to business discipline and principles.

Our company has primarily adopted the principles of quality, speed and customer satisfaction, and gives a range of service from design to application on turnkey industrial constructions, factories and warehouse buildings, industrial sites, business centers, malls, turnkey residence constructions, hospital and school constructions, roof and facing, landscaping and infrastructure.

Since the day of foundation Baykal Yapı has developed fast and adopted new goals, developed new projects and carried out the responsibilities of development with success, and it works in the fields of Architecture and Engineering Services, Project Design, Project Managing and Consultancy, Official and Private Commitment, and Real Estate Investment.

Hüseyin Acar BAYKAL, who is one of the founders, graduated from Construction Engineering in Istanbul Technical University in 1998 and worked as a senior manager in the leading companies of the construction sector such as Hükmü Peker İnşaat A.Ş. (Construction of Düzce University Research and Application Hospital – Site Chief), Özaltın İnşaat A.Ş. (Construction of Cindere Barrage and H.E.S – Chief Engineer of Concrete Structures), Limak İnşaat A.Ş. (Düzce-Kdz Ereğli Road Construction – Technical Office Chief / Work Site Chief Assistant).

Demet Fulya BAYKAL, who is one of the founders, graduated from the Department of Architecture in Yıldız Technical University in 1998.

It is principal for our company that projects are carried out in accordance with contracts, legal regulations and the employer’s requests, and are delivered within the specified period. It is a priority for our company in all projects that the health of work and employees, work safety and environment protection are reserved.

The Quality Management System of our company has been constituted based on minimum bureaucracy and documentation principles in order to make swift decisions and take quick action. These properties have been acquired by project based management as described below and by use of process approaches, and successfully integrated to the quality management system.
